How to troubleshoot the situation where the device cannot join the network or has a data communication failure on the serial port or network port after the device is powered on?

Troubleshooting the IDM WR300 can be carried out from the outside in. First check the SIM card and the antenna: the card type must be 1.8V/3.3V and match the private network services, and the 4-channel 50Ω SMA antenna interfaces must be properly connected. Then check the network parameters: the local 5G frequency band must be within the range supported by the device, and the APN and the access configuration must be correct. Then check whether the network port role and the IP and DHCP configurations are consistent with those on site. Finally check the serial port parameters: whether the wiring sequence, baud rate and parity bit of RS232 or RS485 are consistent with those of the terminal, and whether the transparent transmission or MQTT working mode has been selected. For routine maintenance, it is recommended to switch off the power before plugging or unplugging the antenna and the serial port terminals; if it still cannot be recovered, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer's technical support together with the device status.
